ZOFS Engineering P. C. has been instrumental in the $19 Billion JFK Redevelopment and horizontal construction components aimed at reconfiguring the existing Central Terminal Area (CTA) roadway system to ensure seamless and more efficient terminal access.This ambitious project includes the creation of a multi-level Grand Transportation Center (GTC) garage, enhanced with state-of-the-art technology, an arrivals plaza at grade, and a green roof. In addition, utilities are relocated and updated to meet current standards, with new utilities installed to support the new facilities.
