Principal

An accomplished engineering professional with more than 30 years of experience in construction supervision and management, Muhammad has successfully led large-scale infrastructure projects for municipal, state, and city agencies. His extensive background spans quality assurance, constructability analysis, and field supervision, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Muhammad has played a leading role in numerous award-winning initiatives, including the ACEC 2024 Diamond Award, ACEC 2024 National Recognition Award, CMAA NY/NJ POTY Runner-Up, and ACEC 2025 Gold Award. His project leadership includes the $64 million NYCDEP Bronx River CSO Reduction Project, the $85 million Willets Point Storm & Sanitary Sewer Project, and the $80 million Combined & Storm Sewer Project in the Bronx.

Known for his practical insight and ability to manage complex urban projects, Muhammad’s work has been integral to improving city infrastructure, managing utility relocations, and upgrading storm and sanitary systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and holds certifications as a NYCDDC Water Main Training Instructor and OSHA 10Hr credential holder.

Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
