Issue Resolution and Mediation
Proactively managing and mediating public inquiries, concerns, and potential friction points related to construction schedules, noise, and traffic impacts to mitigate project delays.
Water Main and Distribution Networks
Construction inspection services for the installation and replacement of large-diameter distribution water mains (8″ to 16″), fire hydrants, street gate valves, and house service transfers.
Administrative and Logistical Support
Providing robust organizational and administrative control for outreach operations, including managing schedules, documentation, and communication archives.
