This transformative initiative aims at modernizing one of the busiest transportation hubs in the world, expanding the terminal’s infrastructure to meet the needs of growing air traffic and passenger demands. This phase includes the development of landside utilities, roadways, and other critical civil works. Our team leads the utilities and landside engineering scope for Basis of Design and 30% Conceptual Design, involving a comprehensive approach to landside planning, civil design, and MPT. This includes facilitating medium-temperature hot water, chilled/hot water, potable water, sanitary sewer and gas connections, ensuring seamless integration of these systems with the mechanical pump room and terminal infrastructure. Additionally, we are developing parking spaces, loading docks, and roadway connections to enhance accessibility and operational efficiency. Our scope extends to a sub-grade loading dock with security checkpoints, additional staff and ADA parking spaces, and waste management.
