Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
Performing rigorous on-site inspection of all construction phases, including earthwork, utility installation (water, sewer, electric), structural erection, and pavement/ADA construction. This includes materials testing and final compliance verification.
Contract and Compliance Management
Monitoring contractor adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols, including MPT and environmental requirements. We staff projects with experienced inspectors certified by AWS, NACE, and NICET and familiar with CTDOT, NYCDOT, and MTA standards.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintaining detailed daily reports, managing all project submittals, reviewing and approving shop drawings, generating comprehensive as-built records, and providing cost analyses and feasibility reviews.
Stakeholder Coordination
Managing community outreach, serving as the primary liaison between field teams and local stakeholders to preemptively resolve issues and minimize public disruption.
