ZOFS Engineering, P.C. was established in 2012 with a mission to provide technical support and quality services to both public and private sector clients. ZOFS is an emerging client-focused company committed to providing superior service and quality deliverables. Our comprehensive services include civil, structural, resident engineering, construction inspection, and construction management services.
ZOFS offers civil engineering services for both surface transportation and utility infrastructure projects. We are experienced in highways, roadways, and sidewalks, as well as subsurface infrastructures, including water mains, trunk mains, sanitary and combined sewers, and private utility networks. ZOFS prides itself on employing highly qualified engineers, inspectors, and surveyors who understand the client’s objectives in addition to possessing a thorough knowledge of the respective agency protocols and procedures.
ZOFS’ professionals acknowledge our clients’ perspectives and objectives on a project-to-project basis and achieve a covenant between local interests and government mandates. Our professional team includes Resident Engineers, Design Engineers, Office Engineers, Inspectors (ACI, NICET Level I-IV), and CCLs to carry out various engineering project assignments.
